how are you getting that much momentum on the third kick
by being raw af
Is that Jean Kirschtein?
This kick is really impressive but its honestly not that difficult to do if you have had proper training and sufficiently good jumping strength. The momentum for the third kick comes from the quick shoulder twist near the end where he looks behind him to re-evalute the target distance, and from the fact that its a hook kick, and more-or-less delivers its own momentum just by executing it properly. Further, the very first “kick” isn’t actually a fully executed technique, its a “brush;” meaning it touches the board but would not actually break it in a testing scenario (notice how it bends upwards over the board) - in other words, the very first kick was only to help build speed rather than to actually hit a target.
